Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) has an extensive global network covering 220 destinations through around 1,100 daily flights by more than 100 airlines. Since it commenced operations in July 1998, HKIA has been named World’s Best Airport over 60 times.

Located less than five flying hours from half of the world’s population, HKIA is the busiest cargo airport in the world. In 2016, it handled 70.5 million passenger trips and moved 4.52 million tonnes of cargo.
