Chee Hong Tan is the Chief Operating Officer of Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Ltd (Hactl). He has overall responsibility of People, Technology and Facility of SuperTerminal 1, the world’s single largest air cargo terminal at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) and the world’s busiest air cargo hub with annual handling capacity of 3.5 million tonnes and 2,400 staff from service delivery, ground services, information technology, engineering, facility management, security, performance enhancement and learning & development. Hactl’s goals are to become “Partner of Choice” of our customers and “Employer of Choice” for our employees. Chee Hong is also a Director of HACTL Solutions Ltd, responsible for overseeing the strategic development and maintenance of the award-winning air cargo management system COSAC-Plus.
