We’re excited to introduce our insightful panel ‘Pharmaceutical handling at HKIA’, which will bring together key operators from within Hong Kong International Airport Airport to discuss the present and future of the pharma cargo industry in Hong Kong. This is a great opportunity to learn about HKIA’s new CEIV Pharma accreditation and to hear how HKIA stakeholders see the airport progressing in the future. Drawing on their knowledge and expertise of pharmaceutical handling in Hong Kong, the panelists will discuss:

• How the program has helped the airport and the airport community
• Future plans for growth

Jenny Lam, Chief Operating Officer, Cathay Pacific Services Ltd and Hong Kong Airport Services Ltd
Jenny is at the forefront of logistics within Hong Kong International Airport, leading the cargo terminal services and operations of Cathay Pacific Services Limited (CPSL), as well as the ground handling services provision of Hong Kong Airport Services Ltd (HAS).

Chee Hong Tan, Chief Operating Officer, Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Ltd
Chee Hong is responsible for People, Technology and Facility within SuperTerminal 1 at Hong Kong International Airport. He is also a Director of HACTL Solutions Ltd, responsible for overseeing the strategic development and maintenance of the air cargo management system COSAC-Plus.

Frosti Lau, Chairman, Carrier Liason Group of Hong Kong
Frosti is the Chairman of HKIA Air Cargo CLG working closely with airlines, industry partners and authorities to strengthen Hong Kong’s position as a premier aviation hub. He is currently General Manager, Cargo Service Delivery for Cathay Pacific Cargo, overseeing worldwide cargo service delivery and operation matters.

Brett Marshall, Corporate Head of Quality, Zuellig Pharma
Based in Singapore, Brett has direct reporting lines from Quality Assurance Heads in 13 countries and quality oversight of Clinical Reach Operations in another four countries. He has 25 years’ experience in Executive Management, Logistics & Supply Chain, Business Process Transformation and Quality Assurance and 15 years in the pharma industry.
