Adel Senna from GSK will be talking us through ‘Delivering year-on-year cost reduction by 5-10% through driving end to end supply chain transformation and simplification’ in his thought-provoking presentation. As Global Supply Chain Optimisation Director, Adel is well-placed to discuss the importance of building seamless communication channels across suppliers, R&D, distributors and customers to ensure value-adding to both internal and external parties.

K Kulbhushan, Vice President and Global Head of Operation Excellence at Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd will be looking at ‘Creating an agile and flexible supply chain in pharma’, discussing the challenges faced by supply chain managers and the solutions that can be created to reduce and eliminate inefficiencies. He will also consider Industry 4.0, digitization and SCOR approaches.
